Gym members get a pin code (updated monthly). So can workout when it suits you. Curent staffed times are split shift and around our family commitments please book a time slot to view the gym. This can be done on this web site, on facebook or Instagram messenger. 24-hour CCTV installed.
Gym membership costs
- Single member £32.50
- Couples’ membership £52.50
- Fitness classes are £5.50 per class, booking is advised as numbers are limited. Monday and Wednesday 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

Hello, my name is Steven. I am the Head coach and gym owner of Conquer Your Goals.
I am a fully qualified personal trainer who is constantly looking to enhance my knowledge in the fitness world.
My journey started many years ago when I was extremely overweight and became increasingly ill.
I went through different stages of transformation and helped many people along the way. I am a keen strongman who loves competing and will return to competing soon.
As a result of my love for fitness, I decided to get my qualifications and make this my full-time job.
I can offer one-on-one training, Group Training and Online Coaching for all fitness levels. If you are new to fitness or an experienced fitness individual come, and see how I can help.
